I am an occupational therapist and work with people who have experienced traumatic brain injuries. Working with Scottie, he struggled to get into the bathtub and sit on the toilet. He had everything he needed to get these modifications but his landlord would not approve them. Havenside worked with the landlord for months to understand the modifications, how they would be done, references for work and permits and insurances to convince them to allow the modifications. If it wasn’t for them, the project wouldn’t have happened.
