I own just a few properties. One of my tenants got very sick. She was in the hospital for a long time and came home unable to walk for more than a few feet. Her insurance approved her having a stairlift. I worked with A on the customer service team. She called me weekly to let me know where the project was. She explained all the paperwork needed. M from the installation team let me know when the equipment would arrive, when they would do the installation and when I would have to sign paperwork. They always answered my calls and I felt so relieved my tenant was in good hands and my property was being respected.
