My condition is considered one of the most painful you can have. I had a very difficult three months. My stairlift broke down and I had a plumbing leak which caused an electrical fire. Both jobs had been done by another company. I reached out to Havenside and even though they did not do the work and my jobs were out of warranty, they came in and took care of everything. They replaced my lift and my entire kitchen that was damaged from the plumbing leak. I couldn’t even recognize it. It was so bright and beautiful. Everyone who came to my home, assessors to installers, felt like family. They respected us. They treated my house like it was their own. I have never had this kind of customer service. Their team came out and contacted me every step of the way to make sure the project was going well and I was satisfied. Everyone in my family was jealous of my kitchen and wanted them to come and do work on their houses! I never want to have to work with anyone else.
