Our Mission

I spent nearly a year searching for a stairlift solution. It was overwhelming and frustrating. Then I found Havenside through a quick online search. They went above and beyond installing my stairlift. They made it possible for me to live on my own again. They guided me through the process of contacting my insurance and helped me understand my coverage options.

I own just a few properties. One of my tenants got very sick. She was in the hospital for a long time and came home unable to walk for more than a few feet. Her insurance approved her having a stairlift. I worked with A on the customer service team. She called me weekly to let me know where the project was. She explained all the paperwork needed. M from the installation team let me know when the equipment would arrive, when they would do the installation and when I would have to sign paperwork. They always answered my calls and I felt so relieved my tenant was in good hands and my property was being respected.

I am the full-time caretaker for an adult with disabilities. He desperately needed a stairlift. We were able to get funding for the project and connected with Havenside. They had the best pricing and now he can get from floor to floor in his home.

Our son was diagnosed with an intellectual disability. Doing things independently is hard for him. We were lucky and found an agency to help him. However, we did not have a contractor. Our Service Coordinator connected us with Havenside. We have nothing but good things to say about their team. They even identified a safety issue in our home outside of the project we were doing and fixed it for us.
