Information collected voluntarily from visitors of our Sites may be shared with Havenside Affiliates, including, without limitation, Omicelo Investments LLC, Havenside’s current and future investors, and Business Partners, such as third-party marketing companies with whom we work, and use to develop or improve our programs and services. Depending on the feature, this information may include your name, e-mail address, telephone number, ZIP code, service interests, message, selected services, referral or recipient information, and technical request data such as IP address and browser information. Please provide another person's contact information only when you are authorized to do so.
When a form offers optional e-mail marketing or SMS choices, we record the choice you make, the date and time, the form source, and related technical request data so we can document and honor your communication preferences. Leaving an optional marketing box unchecked does not withdraw permission you previously gave; use the unsubscribe link in a marketing e-mail or contact us to withdraw that permission.
6. Third-Party Website Links
Where appropriate, relevant internet links are provided for third-parties, Havenside Affiliates, and/or Business Partners. Havenside is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, accuracy, or content of any website not owned or operated by Havenside. These links are provided to our online visitors as a convenient way to access helpful resources. Links to external websites will be evaluated periodically for appropriateness and can be removed at any time. We encourage online visitors to read the privacy statements of any third-party websites they may visit. Havenside does not accept any responsibility or liability for such third-party websites' policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.
We use a third-party recruitment service, JazzHR by Employ, to manage our job openings and applicant data. When you submit an application or resume through our embedded job board, your personal information is received, processed, and stored by JazzHR in accordance with the Employ Privacy Center. 7. How We Use Cookies, Pixels and other Tracking Technologies
Cookies are small text values stored by your browser. Our Sites also use local browser storage for preferences. Some storage is necessary to provide the site, while optional analytics and advertising storage is used only after you make the corresponding choice in Cookie Preferences.
Strictly necessary storage may include the secure hs_session session cookie, the secure hs_wishlist cookie that connects your browser to saved service selections, and local settings that remember cookie choices, accessibility preferences, and whether introductory interface messages have been shown. These values support requested features and site security; they are not used to load analytics or advertising.
Certain parts of our Sites use third-party products or services (“Service Providers”). These Service Providers include Google Analytics and Meta Pixel and may include Google Advertising, Bing advertising, and other providers that help us analyze site use, measure advertising effectiveness, and improve digital campaigns. Google Analytics operates only after you allow Performance & Analytics; Meta Pixel operates only after you allow Marketing & Retargeting.
If you allow Performance & Analytics, we load Google Analytics. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga to measure visits and interactions. We use this information to understand site usage and improve content and functionality. If you do not allow this category, the Google Analytics script is not loaded. If you later withdraw consent, the Sites signal denied analytics storage and attempt to remove Google Analytics cookies accessible to the Sites.
If you allow Marketing & Retargeting, we load Meta Pixel. Meta Pixel may use pixels, cookies such as _fbp or _fbc, and similar technologies to measure visits and interactions, evaluate advertising performance, and support retargeting. If you do not allow this category, Meta Pixel is not loaded. If you later withdraw consent, the Sites stop sending new Pixel events and attempt to remove Meta cookies accessible to the Sites. If you also allow Performance & Analytics, the Google tag receives consent signals that permit advertising storage, user-data use, and ad personalization according to your choice and Google's configuration.
You can choose “Use Necessary Only,” “Accept All,” or configure categories in Cookie Preferences. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link in the site footer. Preferences are saved to the browser and device you use, so you may need to repeat your choice on other browsers or devices.
Most internet browsers also let you block or restrict cookies. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent session, wishlist, accessibility, or preference features from working correctly. You may also use the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) WebChoices Tool to manage participating third-party advertising choices.
We are not responsible for the effectiveness or compliance of third-party opt-out mechanisms or programs. Please note that if you delete your cookies or upgrade your browser after having opted out, you will need to opt out again. Your opt-out is specific to the browser you are using and the device from which you access the Sites. Therefore, if you use multiple browsers or devices you will need to opt out on each browser or device. You can access the information on our Sites without enabling cookies in your browser, but disabling cookies may result in a diminished ability to take advantage of the services and related informational content on our Sites.
If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics may process pages visited, access times, visit duration, referral information, IP address, browser information, and device identifiers in accordance with your choice and Google's services.
We do not use flash cookies on our Sites.
Some e-mail communications may include remotely loaded images or similar technologies that can indicate whether a message was opened. You can restrict external images through your e-mail application or privacy settings.
For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative's ("NAI") educational page.
You can opt out of specific third-party targeted advertising by visiting the settings pages of those third-parties, such as:
We also use services and tools provided by RingCentral,Inc. (“RingCentral”) to track the voice calls we receive through the dedicated phone number posted on our Sites. The information collected by RingCentral may include your phone number, the name displayed on the caller ID and other data that may be correlated to RingCentral’s business customer’s data resources.
If you allow Marketing & Retargeting, Meta Pixel may process page views, interactions, referral information, IP address, browser and device information, and identifiers such as _fbp or _fbc in accordance with your choice and Meta's services.
8. Data Retention
We will retain Personally Identifiable Information for the period necessary to provide our Services or fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by our contracts or by law.
9. Your Marketing Communications Choices
You can opt-out of receiving e-mail marketing communications from us by following the "unsubscribe" instructions included in each of our e-mail marketing communications. You can also unsubscribe by contacting us using the "Contact Us" on our Sites or contacting us as explained in the section "How to Contact Us." We will need to know the name and email address that you want us to remove from our marketing database and add to our 'Do Not Contact' list. It may take up to ten days to process your request to unsubscribe from e-mail marketing messages. If you unsubscribe from marketing messages, we may still send e-mails to you that involve your orders or responses to your questions.
If you previously gave us permission to send recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing communications to you by text message, you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to our text message. It may take up to seven days to process your request to STOP text marketing messages.
10. Security
To secure your information, we have put in place commercially suitable administrative, physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your Personally Identifiable Information appropriate to the nature of the Personally Identifiable Information we collect. Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically on our Sites, and transmission of such data is entirely at your own risk.
11. Phishing Scam Awareness
Phishing is a technique used by online thieves to try to get you to disclose your Personally Identifiable Information under false pretenses. Phishing scams begin with email messages that appear to come from popular websites or websites that you trust. These messages may include logos similar to your bank or credit card company's logos. If you get an email message asking for Personally Identifiable Information, do not reply or click on the link in the message.
Havenside will never request an online visitor to provide personal, health or financial information by email. Please notify us immediately if you receive an email claiming to be from Havenside requesting personal, health or financial information.
